Description

This meditative and solemn piece was originally part of an art installation in Slovakia by Zsuzsanna Ardó. Wordless voices echo the tragic history of Jews in the city and the vowels, taken from the Hungarian words for Tears, Apples and Stones, capture the cries of those who have suffered. It’s a great piece for any size ensemble from a trio to a large choir of treble voices.
